Family Favorite Chicken Marinade Recipe & Wetnap

This shop is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group™ and Wet-Nap but all my opinions are my own. #pmedia #showusyourmess  http://my-disclosur.es/OBsstV

The weather is upon us, Spring is in the air and Summer is quickly approaching and all this sunshine can only mean one thing....BBQing and delicious food. One of our family's very favorite BBQ recipes is this amazing grilled chicken marinade that we use for all sorts of gatherings, celebrations, holidays and parties. It is easy and so delicious. We first got the recipe from My brother and sister in laws neighbors you can find it on her blog HERE.We make it for friends and they just can't stop talking about it. And guess what?? It is paleo approved so all you clean eaters out there this one is still for you and full of flavor. I know you will love it too.  It is super easy to make a whole bunch at once making it perfect for family and friend get togethers.

Ingredients
-Chicken Tenderloins {one bag}
-Olive oil
-Soy sauce
-Raw Honey
-Cumin
-Oregano
-Salt and pepper
-1 lemon
-garlic

and don't forget the Wet-Nap for clean up at the BBQ this my friends is some messy business but it is all worth it. I found all of the ingredients and Wet-Nap at Walmart, my favorite place to shop for everyday low prices.

-First you are going to thaw the chicken I usually do so in the sink over night. Then you are going to get a big mixing bowl and dump in the chicken including the juices, then add all the ingredients and stir. Once everything is mixed well and the chicken is covered in Marinade you are going to cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and let it sit out on the counter soaking in all the flavor for a couple hours. And I will let you in on a secret it really only takes one hour of it sitting in the marinade for it to be flavorful. Tested and approved.

This marinade mixing and grilling is some messy business so make sure to keep those Wet-Nap handy so keep your hands clean while cooking and serving.

Grill the chicken on Medium heat on your BBQ until cooled all the way through. It probably took about 15 minutes to cook on both sides while still keeping in all the juices and flavor.

Then serve up with some veggies and a jello salad and your BBQ dinner is complete. Make it just for your family, for your friends, for a celebration, a party or the next holiday. Whatever you do just try it you will not regret it. And remember it is Paleo and clean eating approved.

I love using Wet-Nap to keep my hands sanitized while cooking, cleaning up my kids after an outside meal and to clean those toes after running around on the grass. My goodness Summer is fun and those Wet-Nap sure help keep us all clean and ready to play and eat more.

Right now you can get fifty-five cents off any Wet-Nap product at Walmart while supplies last. Now go run to Walmart and get all the essentials for this recipe including the Wet-Nap I promise your families and guests will ask you for the recipe.

Jimmy Dean Redbox Breakfast on the GO

This post is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group™ and Jimmy Dean, but all my opinions are my own. #pmedia #RedboxBreakfast http://cmp.ly/3/8vNxcO

I don't know about you but I seem to always be in a hurry in the mornings. It doesn't seem to matter how early I think I am getting up, it is always a rush when I have somewhere to be whether it be preschool or the gym classes. This might have to do with the fact that I am not a morning person. Like probably the worst morning person you would meet. You see I am a night owl I like to do my lists, my creating, and my netflix watching at night so the morning is not so much my friend. with that all being said we have to eat breakfast. I a m a firm believer that breakfast should NOT ever be skipped for us or especially out littles.

With always being in a hurry it is nice to find a hot breakfast that is quick, easy, delicious and can totally be taken on the go! I am always looking for breakfasts that are easy to be bring along, will fill me up, give me energy and something my boys will like as well. While I was shopping last week I came across these Jimmy Dean Redbox breakfasts in the frozen section at my local Walmart. I was really excited to try something new and to see what my kids and hubby thought.

We gave them a try this weekend and they were a HIT, you guys!!! I just loved not only how tasty they were, but how fast they were. I also loved how much my boys liked them. These are so great for when you want a warm breakfast but it is time to get out the door. No more just grabbing a banana and calling it good. Get in some of your protein, and stay full until your next meal with only 2 minutes cook time.

You simply take them out of their package from the freezer, wrap it in a paper towel and place it in your microwave. Defrost for one minute on 30% power, flip your sandwich over and then microwave it for 50 seconds. Let is cool and you are golden. Ready to go and energized.

The Jimmy Dean Redbox breakfasts come in a huge selection and variety of sandwiches and breakfast bowls just at your local Walmart. So you are bound to find the one that you will like. I love the sausage, egg and cheese on croissant, but they all look delicious.

Lately our schedule has been crazy, we are eating on the go a lot and I am so glad these babies were easy for all of us to enjoy in the car ride to school, gym, church, appointments, or morning errands.

When my boys like something and don't put up a fit about eating it I feel like I have found gold. The boys approve, the hubby approve and even I approve.

After a crazy but fun girls weekend this is exactly what I am going to need to get going and have some energy this Monday morning.
