These are the easiest cookies and oh so yummy
All you need is
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
and 1 egg
this makes about one dozen cookies
Who doesn't have these ingredients laying around?
I always have these so it is nice when
I need a treat but it is
Sunday and can't run to the store
problem solved
Mix ingredients together
Roll into balls
and place on greased cookie sheet
dip fork into sugar (so the fork doesn't stick to the dough)
and smash the cookies like so
Cook on 350 degrees for 7-9 minutes
Let cool....
And enjoy with a glass of cold refreshing milk
Try them you will love them
Maybe even take some to a neighbor :)

YUM. Those look and sound amazing. I've been in the mood to bake some cookies but I'm trying to be strong and stay away from sweets right now.
