Today I am going to talk about confidence and exercise
One way that you can help improve your confidence is through exercise
When you feel you look good, you actually do feel good
You become confident in your presence and are then about to have the confidence to keep going,
to get the results you want and to bust it out in a gym in front of others, or even sign up for a race
Here are 10 ways exercise will boost your confidence:
#1 Sense of Achievement
Whenever you exercise your personal worth increases
because it gives you a feeling that you have done something
rather than sitting passively
It makes you realize you are strong, you can do it and
you are unstoppable
#2 Enhanced well-being
When you exercise, the body releases chemical substances known as endorphins
which relieve stress and make you feel good psychologically
This boosts your confidence
#3 Physical Health
Regular exercise makes your immune system strong
and well equipped to fight various diseases and infections
As you remain disease free, there is a sense of pride
#4 Appearance
Exercise gives you a good appearance and your body image improves
Feeling attractive and good about the way you look pumps up your self-confidence

On some occasions when you are lost in anxious and negative thoughts,

So get out there and exercise
Take a quick jog before work, take the stairs on the way to your meeting,
take a kick boxing class before your first date
or train hard for that big race or competition
