St. Patrick Day Ideas

Since tomorrow is the 1st of March I wanted to share with you some of my St. Patrick's Day projects that I have made in previous years and some I made this year. Linking to all of the tutorials to make it easy. Do you decorate for St. Patrick's Day? I do I love the green (especially this year with it being the color for 2013) and it is such a fun change and gradual step into the spring direction. Sometimes I feel like the St. Patrick's Day decor that you can buy at the stores a lot of the time is cheap looking and kinda tacky so that is why I decided throughout the past few years to just make my own to fit more into my style and my home.

This Cupcake liner Topiary was so much fun to make and it gives the perfect height to the decor on my TV stand also great for a mantel if you have one.

My St. Patty's Burlap wreath was the first wreath I ever made and it is perfect for inside or for on your front door.

I LOVE this song by Jason Mraz and just had to include it into my decor by putting it on a scrap wood piece I had laying around. Easy peasy song lyric plaque.

I love this saying and I' have a whole bunch in all sorts of colors perfect for changing them out with the seasons. DIY keep Calm Sign.

I loved my Valentine Washi Tape Bunting so much I thought I might as well use my green tape and make another. This only took me about 15 minutes to make and you could put it just about any where.

I got some Green straws for free from an awesome company for doing something for them so I knew just what to do. Why not make a Paper straw wreath in every color? Especially when it is so easy and so cute. Maddux calls them my porky pine wreaths. So cute.

So will you be decorating and creating for St. Patrick's Day this year or will you be going straight into the East Decor since it is so early this year? I thought I would make time for both since I like both seasons.
