Easy Lemon Pepper Chicken {Recipe}

I am all about slow cooker meals. I mean come on they are so easy and it is so nice to be able to just top them off with some sides right before with little prep in the evening. Sometimes I just don't like cooking and after a long day the last thing I want to do is slave over the stove, thank goodness for the crock pot {best wedding present ever}and dumping it all in in the morning then not worrying about it. This is also a nice recipe because it is easy to adapt and make as little or as much as needed in your family.

-1 to 2 boxes of chicken broth {Depending on how much chicken you are cooking, you just want the broth to completely cover the chicken}
-Lemon pepper seasoning
-Chicken tenders

Alright, super easy, here ya go. Its another just dump it all in, set it to high and let it cook. You are going to put as much chicken in as you want {Frozen}, then pour in your chicken broth making sure it is enough to completely cover the chicken and then just shake in lemon pepper to taste. Set it to high and cook for 6 hours {if chicken is frozen} and 4 hours {if chicken is thawed}.

It is so delicious and flavorful your mouth is going to love all the goodness. Such a great meal for the spring and summer and you can play the day away while your slow cooker does all the work.

Serve with your favorite flavored rice and a veggie. MMMM my mouth is watering just thinking about it. Try it and let me know what you think. And don't forget to pin this goodness by simply hovering over the image and clicking on the pit it button.
