{Day 13} What do your cravings Mean?

Today I am going to talk about
 What some of your cravings mean

Craving Sweets...

 Means you really need:
 Chromium, Carbon, Phosphorus, Sulfer, or Tryptophan

Healthy foods that have these are:
 Chromium- Broccoli, grapes, cheese, dried beans, chicken
Carbon- Fresh Fruit
Phosphorus- Chicken, beef, liver, fish eggs, dairy, nuts, legumes
Sulfer- Cranberries, horseradish, kale, cabbage
Tryptophan- Cheese, liver, turkey, lamb, sweet potato, spinach

Craving Bread...

 Means you really need:
 Nitrogen

Healthy foods that contain Nitrogen are:
High protein foods such as fish, nuts,
meat and beans

Craving Fatty Snacks...

Means you really need:
Calcium

Healthy foods that have this include:
Broccoli, Kale, Legumes, cheese
and sesame

Craving Salty Foods...

Means you really need:
Chloride

Healthy foods containing this include:
 goat milk, fish, and sea salt

 Craving Carbonation...

Means you really need:
Calcium

Healthy foods containing Calcium include:
 Broccoli, Kale, Legumes, cheese
and sesame

PMSing...

Means You need:
Zinc

Healthy foods containing Zinc include:
Red meats, Seafood, leafy vegetables,
root vegetables

Have a Lack of Appetite...

Means You need:
Vitamin B1, B3, Manganese, Chloride

Healthy foods containing these include:
Vitamin B1- Nuts, seeds, beans, liver, and other organ meats
Vitamin B3- Tuna, halibut, beef, chicken, turkey, pork seeds
Manganese- Walnuts, almonds, pecans, pineapple, blueberry
Chloride- goat milk, fish, sea salt

Are you overeating...

This could mean you need more:
Silicon,  Tryptophan, Tryosine

Healthy foods containing these are:
Silicon- nuts and seeds
Tryptophan- Cheese, liver, lamb, turkey, sweet potato, spinach
Tryosine- Vitamin C supplements, Orange, green and red 
fruits and vegetables

  1. Yes!! Love this post and I will pin this for later whenever I get a craving for certain unhealthy foods then I can look to this and see what I need:)
