{Day 12} Treadmill Workouts

Today I am going to talk about
Different Types of treadmill workouts
I like to run but I feel like i started liking it even more when
I would switch up my treadmill running
I like to switch up the speed and incline so I don't get bored
and so I get the most out of my workout
So here are some of my favorite that I like to do

Walking Workouts

 Can be done as a warmup or repeat 3 times for a good cardio workout

 This one is a walking workout with a little 5 minute run sneaking in there

Running/Walking Workouts

Running Workouts

Sweet Tooth Sweet Life

1 minute at 5.0
1 minute at 5.5
1 minute at 6.0
1 minute at 6.5
1 minute at 7.0
1 minute at 7.5
1 minute at 8.0
2 minutes at 4.5
Repeat five times.


So there you go there is a HUGE variety for you to get you started
to keep you going and to cure your treadmill boredom

  1. I wish I could run. I have eight ruptured discs but I do love to swim!

    1. oh my goodness i am so sorry:( but yes swimming is an amazing workout in fact I wish i could do it more. I need to find a pool that is affordable to swim at.

  2. I am with Jani- swimming is my fav. However, I do run from time to time and it is great to break up the monotony of the treadmill.

    1. I need to swim more. It is an amazing workout. But yes these are nice so you arent so bored on the treadmill
