The start of our summer fun! Catch up....

So I know it has been over a month since I have blogged. I can't believe it I think it is just us being really busy and a lot going on. I know there are no excuses but I'm sure no one reads this anyway. For those of you who do here is some of the things we have been up to. First off we have been living back in our home in cedar for almost two months now and love being back. But this pictures of Ty are when we shaved his head the day before we moved from phoenix back to Utah. It was so much fun. I love the way Ty looks with a shaved head. Very sexy ;) and I had fun shaving it.

So Shinny and smooth with those deep baby face dimples.
He loves me!
I love him!

After we moved back from phoenix we came up north for a week and worked. Ty helped his dad all week and I tought swim lessons part of the week and we earned some extra money to be able to pay the bills with no jobs yet in Cedar. We also went up because my sister and her two boys came to visit from Canada. It is so much fun when they come visit and I miss her so much when they aren't here. Whenever she visits its for a long time since she can't do it very often. She stayed for three weeks! It was fun to go and hang out with my cute sister and cute nephews.
Ammon and Ben playing a game on the tramp. They also liked when I was on there with them because I was their tunnel.
Such a good pictures to show their personalities. They are so fun.
Ben loves basketball. I think Stephane is drilling it into his son's brain that basketball is the best sport in the world.
Lil' Juilen (JuJu) He is so cubby and I love to squeeze him. He is so funny because since he doesnt get to see us very often he just stares at us oh and if he likes you he hugs you and then wacks your face so watch out for that wack after his cute loves.
While we were visiting up North on of the days we were up there my little brother and sister had a scottish dancing competition in Lehi at the Scottish Festival. My cousin Niki has done scottish dancing since she was little and is so talented and now she teaches little Emi and Zach. It was fun to see how much they have improved since the last time I had watched them practice. This was their first competition ever in scottish dancing so they were very nervous and did awesome.

Ty watching the kiddos dance. It was very hot!
Emilee

Zach

Isn't his little bowtie so dang handsome?!

Ammon loves Ty's sunglasses and knows he is cute.
So Ty is going to kill me for putting this on here but its funny. I told him he needed to borrow one of Adam's (my brothers) bandanas so his newly shaved head wouldn't burn and I put it on him like this hehe. I'm so funny. Did you know I'm funny honey?

Ok so yeah thats right this is Tom Green. He was sitting right in front of Ty and I at the Scottish festival watching one of his many daughters dance. She was way cute though. But crazy huh Tom Green. He is famous and Crazy. Everyone thought it was funny that I kept saying "he is famous I need a picture." He probably heard me too. haha. Creepy guy.

This is me helping Stacy out and teaching swim the week I went up North. It was a blessing she needed someone to help her out and teach that week because Ty and I were in major debt from living in Phoenix for a little bit and we needed to pay some bills. Thanks Stacy. I miss this job it is what I used to do every summer. I miss the tan!

Random pictures of my little JuJu
Haha ok so one night Ty and I spent the night with my family and played games. We played this game called Buzz Word which we love and now my family loves it. But anyway we played it until like 2 in the morning on night with my parents and some of the older kids in the family and we were way tired. The best was my mom was so goofy I have never seen her get the tired goofiness like this before and I was laying on my stomach and she drew this little stickfigure cartoon on my feet. On one foot she drew me saying I love you and then on the other foot she drew Ty saying Hi, I love you too!

Up in the Air

We are now back in our home in Cedar City. Home and Poor. Right now we are struggling to pay all of our bills on time. I know we have all be there and we too have been there before, but this time it has been the scariest. I just pray everyday that we will be able to pay our bills and get out of DEBT. I hate that we have only been married only 9 months and already have a lot of credit card debt. :( Ty is back at chillies which has been a huge blessing and they are actually scheduling him a lot so we are hoping that will continue throughout the summer.

And I am back in the job hunting boat. I feel like I was just barely doing this in phoenix and when I finally got a job at target we decided to move. I am just hoping that I find a job very soon to cut back on a little more stress. I have applied at home depot but they are on a hire freeze at the time. I had an interview at Lin's and will hopefully find out this week whether I get it or not. I don't really want to work there but if it is the only job I can get I will work there. Roberts also has a job opening that I am applying for. Roberts is the one that I really want because it would be a perfect place for me to work. Tomorrow I am going to stop by Sports Authority, Maurices, Bealls, Christensen's and Ace hardware. I also want to check out some dentist and doctors offices for front desk or data entry. If anyone knows of a job opening in Cedar City PLEASE let me know. :)

Things to do in the next few weeks
1. Pass my summer Chemistry test on Thursday and continue to do well
2. Make some friends in the neighborhood and get to know more people. I haven't really gotten to know anyone that we live around.
3. Find a job
4. Start exercising again
5. get my hair cut
6. make cookies
7. Read
8. Relax and take some time for me.

Update!

So a lot has happened in the last week. Living Scriptures just wasn't working out for us and after talking with Whitney and then with Mike we decided that it was best for us if we came back home. It was a tough decision because we loved all the people in Phoenix and because Whit had just started a new job, but as it turns out sales isn't the right job for me so we decided to pack up and head home. It was quite bittersweet but when we got back to our place we both just felt like it was definitely the right thing for us to do. So this week we are in Salt Lake visiting family and I'm working for my dad, and then we're going back to Cedar and I'll be working at Chili's again. Whit and I both applied for jobs at Home Depot so hopefully we can work there too for the summer. So we are just enjoying being around our families for a week, it's been lots of fun, especially cuz Whit's sister Traci is visiting from Canada so it was great to see her and her boys.

Anywho... one other thing that is new is that I have no hair! Sunday night we were hanging out with our friend Keesa and Whit mentioned how we could shave my head when we got back home, and Keesa freaked out and wanted to do it right then! So we got out the hair clippers and then the razor and shaving cream and after about a half hour my head was smooth and shiny! We will be putting up pictures soon :)

So that was our crazy week! It has been long and draining but we are doing good and are happy to be back in Utah.

The New Job

So today was my first day of the new job at target. Wahoo I have a job. It doesn't pay as much as we need but it is so much better than no job and I am excited to have one and to wear the kaki and red :) Today was training and I followed around a really cool lady Jo and she helped me and let me learn by hands on experience (best way to learn something). Her hunsband rebuilds motorcycles and stuff and her and her husband are going to be on a tv show I think on cable. So cool she is totally like a celebrity now. She is 53 and acted like she was 21. She was so nice too. You would think a job at target wouldn't be too complicated but in-stoke is a lot of information and a ton of memorization and she helped me a lot and made me feel comfortable there.

I was there for 5 hours and I started with Rigs which is when I take a PDA and look for the product on it scan it and type in how many are on the shelf. Kinda takes a while to figure out the target lingo and find everything but I think I will get the hang of it. Jo and Angie my, trainners, said that I did really good especially for my first day. That made me feel much better cuz I felt like a lot of the info was going over my head. I also had to do research in the intiment section and make sure there was everything there that the labels said and then I did stock out. Stock out was the easiest thing to do because all you do is scan what is out of stock.

I have to be to work most days at seven oclock and I'm not getting many hours yet but I really like it and I hope to be a very hard worker and catch on quickly. I worry when I first start a job that I wont be good at it and the people over me wont like me. But I will go in there do what is to be done and hopefully that is good. Oh and I get a 10% discount so that is pretty cool. I have a feeling I'm going to miss this job when its time to go I'll only be there two and a half months thats gonna fly by.Now I'm gonna go be the best Target Team member ever! (hehe I am an official team member. Can you tell I love Target?)

Besides the job not much is new. Jess and Max are gone and I am watching daisy. I really like her company especially when I am alone. I'm gonna miss them its weird without them here, but they are having fun and visiting family which Jess was so excited for.

What else in going on?
1. Ty is working really really hard out there! And I am proud of his work ethic and love.
2.Ty and I started exercising with each other which is so much fun and he can't stop talking about how good it is for us and he is so right.
3. Another good thing going on in our lives is Ty and I have met some really cool friends out here. We were just saying last night what a nice and great team we have here. They are just all really cool people. We instantly clicked with this newly married couple Trevor and Keesa Mooney and they are a lot of fun. I feel like we all just became instant friends which is so awesome and needed

4. So You Think You Can Dance has started and if you know me at all you know I absolutly love this show it is my favorite reality show and I can't wait for the summer because that is when it starts each year and it is here. My brother Adam is an awesome break Dancer and I mean awesome. Him and some others from his crew wanted to go try out when they were in Salt Lake. So Adam and Tristan went and waited in line for a long time and they didn't let him try out because he wasn't 18. But this was a huge bummer because he would be 18 two weeks after that audition and they still wouldn't let him. So I just want to say that I am so proud of Adam and I love his and he talents. Good luck bro this weekend in Vegas.
5. Jessica has introduced me to Days of Our Lives and I love it I am so addicted and I get so into what is happening. Good thing I got a job or I would have to go get some Bon Bons. :)

6. Last thing is I Love Dirty Dancing and I have just discovered how amazing this movie really is and all the work that was put into it. I bought the movie for $9 and Ive watched it alot and loved the special features DVD. I wish I was Baby sometimes :) It makes me want to Dance and take classes with Ty. Watch out everyone Im gonna be the dancing queen. I think Ill take up a new hobby.
Miss you all, Love you all!

I love my husband

So I just have to say my husband is amazing and I don't feel like I thank him enough for how amazing he is to me. He is the best husband in the world. Sometimes I feel like we are complete opposites but then I think maybe that is why we are so in love because we compliment each other and Ty has the qualities I don't have which makes a whole in our relationship. This job Ty is doing out here in Phoenix isn't what either of us expected at all. We heard it would be hard but nothing like it is. It is hard for both of us to even stay here but because of Ty's great attitude we are going to give it a few more weeks and give it a chance. I just feel it is hard to have my husband out there busting his bum ten hours a day and not getting much out of it. I am so proud of how hard he is working I just know what else he needs to do. I for sure need a job so that I know the bills are getting paid and so I feel like I am helping him, because I just feel so helpless out here. I am so thankful for everything Ty does and for staying positive to me. I am so grateful for his smiles and kisses everyday. I love that he makes me laugh and that he has a sense of humor. I am so grateful for his example and for his beautiful spirit. He really is perfect and I tell him all the time that he deserves better than me. Here are some cute pictures of my babe!

I love that Ty is so adorable with kids he just knows how to win their little hearts. Ty and Max.
Ty knows how to treat me and even treats me better than I deserve. I love when he whispers sweet nothing in spanish in my ear. Spanish is so romantic. We have a spanish phrase of the dayto help me learn. Tu Eres mi favorito. I love you sweetheart.
And he really knows how to make me happy. And is a very GOOD kisser. I love you this much. and I truly thank you for everything and for your love. Just remember..never stop kissing me.

Four sets

So Today has been a great day! I checked my email this morning and Alisha emailed me about that American Express job she just said that she sent my resume to them on Friday and that as soon as she hears from them she will contact me immediately. So I still don't know if I have the job and I am still hoping and literally praying for it. I went swimming again this morning with Jess and Max and it was so much fun! Im going to love swimming this summer and hopefully I'll get tan too! After swimming Jess and I exercised while max took a nap. It was good. I was getting so sore and Im sure it will be even worse tomorrow but it felt good to exercise and I love having Jess as my exercise partner. The only downer to this whole exercising thing today is the power went out which means no air conditioning. It got up to 110 today in Phoenix and we were exercising with no AC we were crazy and my body knew it. I was sweating like crazy but it almost felt good like I was getting a better work out or something. No worries the power did come back on as we were finishing so that was a relief.

Max is enjoying some music from the little music player that Ty and I gave him from Christmas.

As I was getting ready for the day after exercise I got a phone call for Ty. Once I heard his ring I had a good feeling about it! Ty called to tell me the good news that he had just sold four sets to a lady just minutes before. I was so excited and so proud of him. This week is already a better start! Yay Ty. I am so proud of you just keep the work going and keep on selling. Ty deserves a Slurpy!

It is now time to relax and enjoy a movie. Watch out everyone my husband is going to be the sell master!

Our Summer Home

So we have made it to Phoenix. It has been a rollercoaster adventure since we have been here. It has been over a week. We got here on Friday May 9th and unpacked everything right when we got here. And the boys were out that night getting referals. Talk about a quick start. Our first week here has been kind of a rough one. Ty did sell a few sets this week though which was exciting but we are hoping for a better week this week. Ty is positive and a hard worker but hes just not getting the sells. He is determined this week to do better.

This is our car! Its not a great picture, but it is totally packed completely full. There was no space for anything else. I have some mad packing skills and I was excited we were able to get it all in that little two door car. Ty is excited to get on the road. We drove down to cedar city on thursday May 8th, packed up the car and drove to Page, Arizona and that is where we spent the night.

This Friday driving the rest of the way to Phoenix. We drove to Flagstaff and stopped to eat and two hours later we were in Phoenix.

Yay I had a fun rode trip. Ty and I always have fun road trips because we jam out to his Ipod the whole time. It reminds me of our very first road trip from vegas before we were even dating. :)

This is a view while driving through pretty Arizona. This is just about 20 minutes out of Page.

This is our bedroom in the apartment we are in. We don't bring furnature because we would just have to move in all in the summer and it would be a pain. So we live like we are poor for a little bit but that will just make me more excited to go back to our cute house in Cedar City. We are sleeping on an air matress all summer, but they make them so much more comfy then they used to so its not so bad.

Through out the week Jess and I found things to do almost everyday. On Saturday we made our way to rent a washer and dryer and then to Ikea. Oh wonderful Ikea. I just love that place, but being there makes me want to buy things for our house but I can't because we wouldn't have room in our car to bring them with us. So we just had fun looking and getting a bed for Max. Jess and I also did some grocery shopping saturday night and came back with some tasty food from a mexican place we found. I think it might be one of my new Phoenix favorites.Sunday was a good day we just relaxed and had a good time. Ty and I even did a little swimming because he isn't home any other day. It was really fun.

Monday the job search began. We went to a few places and I filled out some applications online and at some places the old fashioned way on paper. Not much luck the first day out looking but it was the first day so I guess it was ok. Tuesday the job search continued and I got an interview with target but couldn't finish it all because the lady from HR wasn't there. So I am still working on that one. One of the days (I can't remember which one because they all seem like a blur to me) we went to Costco and I have got to say I got a card from my father in-law and I was so excited to go and get my picture on it to activate it! I know it sounds weird but a Costco card is very exciting for me! I have a feeling I will be traveling there a lot.

On Thursday Mike went out with Ty for sells and they were able to sell 2 1/2 sets! Yay that made me happy. Then Friday and Saturday came around with no sells again and to say the least we were frustrated.

Here is Maximo and I hanging out on Thursday. He was just being too cute I had to take a picture with him. Max is just waiting for his daddy to come home and I am waiting for Ty.

On Friday morning Mike took the team mini golfing at this cool place called castles and coasters. It seems as though the team had a lot of fun, I know Ty did. It was cool of Mike to take them out and give them a little break. He is pretty much the coolest manager. Below are some pictures of the mini golf experience.

Ty is so excited on the car ride over to castles and coasters! Who wouldn't be?

This is Ty's first hole! Gooooooo Ty! I didn't play I just wanted to enjoy the weather, watch and take some picture.

Ty doing a weirdo pose. I told him to haha

Brad is a guy that is on the team here in Phoenix. It is a great team. Ty and Brad seem to have a fun 1/2 set bond.

Jess and Max doin a little mini golf. Max was so cute with his little golf club.

Yay Ty's hole in One!!!!

I love palm trees and this mini golf course and Phoenix is covered with them so I had to take a picture! Whitty <3 href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjrPm9yF0n3L7eN1ZWX6RoqM4Z-o8ru9lzSiM4YcQXQutu6PZF_zYP3ZmkLl6p6OKcLgFSl9cdUZGCUnLK5n_cMGL-I_NdGN_wp2EmTjl5GGRbQ3yOl2Edu62l5DK0EvImcsXqO9rmfwAPk/s1600-h/DSCN1371.JPG">

Go Phoenix team go!

Friday I also had an interview for a data entry position for American Express. They do they hiring through a HR company. I am hoping that I get this job because it is 8-5 which is a perfect full time job with set times and it pays eleven dollars an hour. Also this is a project that they are only hiring for this position to be three months so since I will be leaving in three months it would be perfect. My interview went really well and they gave me a W-4 and other papers to fill out so I think my chances are pretty good. The girl I had my interview with just has to send everything to American Express and then she will let me know what is going on. Wish me luck on getting this job! Later on friday I also started working on some cards. I wanted a project and there are 4 birthdays in my family this month so I thought I better get crackin. So these are the finish products. I'm hoping the more I do and practice the better and cuter they will look.

Later on friday Ty dropped me off at Michaels on his way out of town to sell. It was fun. I just needed to get out of the house for a bit so he dropped me off and then I walked back. I hung out at Michaels and bought some cute scrapbook and card things. Then I checked out staples, and all a dollar on my way out. It took me about 35 minutes to walk home and I think I will figure out how many miles I walked because it was longer than I thought it would be but it was a fun little walk with apartments, house and trees most of the way. It was hot too which didn't surprise me but it was 6:00 so I thought it would be a little cooler. When I got home I whipped up some chicken fried rice and some corn bread and enjoyed it in front of the TV while I waited for Jess, Max, Mike and Ty to come home! Friday was kind of a rough day for me and I'm not quite sure why I was so off, but having some alone time really helped just to think and have a little fun at the store.

On Saturday after the boys left Jess, Max and I went swimming. It was so much fun because Max was being so cute. With his little game of throwing the shoes into the pool and saying "Oh no!" with a cute face it was so funny. Then he swam around with me. It was so cute when he would let me hold him and swim him around. We had fun. Max and I are becoming buddies. I for sure realized on saturday that I was so grateful that Jessica was here with me. I don't know what I would do if I was all by myself in an apartment all summer. Thanks Jess for keeping me company and for a lot of the meals you have made! Well from about 5:00 to 9:00 I went out with Ty to watch him at his work. I realized how hard he works it was incredible and I know I couldn't do it. I was getting frustrated at people not wanting the products but what made me so sad was this guy that was so mean to Ty I hated seeing him treat my husband like that I just shut down after that. It was just very emotionally draining. I am proud of this team for being able to get up and go out and work their tushes off everyday. At least for the most part the people are nice only a few are mean so thats good. It was fun because on our way home we went to Fazolis to eat! I love that place and that cheered me up a little bit. And then we got to relax and cuddle to a movie so that helped a lot because 2 days without sells was getting frustrating again.

Sunday was another rough morning because I had like ten minutes to get ready for church but once I got in that chapel I just felt like I was at home. Isn't it wonderful how you feel that way as soon as you step into that beautiful church. Our ward was very friendly and Im glad mike and jess are in our same ward. I had the most amazing nap with Ty after watching a living scriptures video and I didn't want to get up. Luckily once I got up there was some delicious food ready to eat. Jessica made dinner for the whole team last night I thought it was cool of her to do that. She also made dessert. Yum thank you Jess. While the team was over it was fun getting to know them better and just chatting. We also had a Wii tournament which was very fun and Ty and I took second place on the bowling!

Max just being his cute self

Ty playing with little Max last night. they were having so much fun. They were playing a game of count the quarters. We had a bag of quarters to do our laundry with and he kept taking them out and putting them in a perfect line counting them all. 18 was his favorite number he kept saying it over and over. It was cute and I had fun watching the play.
So last night we watched greys anatomy online because we missed it on Thursday and I love this show just as much as any fan but I am getting so agrivated with it. I mean come on! Rose and Mc. Dreamy I think NOT! They are just so awkward together and its just weird. Everyone knows Merideth and Derik are suposed to be together and they are both being so stubborn. Im a little too into this show. Last night when we were watching it I told Ty that I am going to be thinking about Rose and Derek together all Summer...how depressing! Ty thought it was funny. I'm sure Dan is enjoying this!
